Why give away WCB claim and appeal information?

I’m a WCB appeal lawyer working for injured people. Why would I give away information that gives you information to do your own appeal? Because I know many people will opt to do their own WorkSafeBC appeal for a variety of reasons.

Probably the biggest reason is not enough money to hire a lawyer. I understand hiring a lawyer is out of reach for some people. Yet I want to help and we over these 3 free reports plus you can check out this comprehensive BC Workers’ Compensation Legal Kit to help injured workers.  Get my 3 reports by completing the BLUE form to the right.

Don’t ignore these 3 WCB reports if you’re just filing a claim. There’s a free report for you also called “Tips to Avoid Ruining Your WCB Claim in BC.” File the best claim you can in the first place to minimize the chance of a denial. If your claim is accepted, you don’t need to appeal. And trust me, appealing is not a process you want to go through.

For those of you who are at the appeal stage, I include a report called “2 Tips for Launching a WorkSafeBC Appeal” to get you started. I’ll be frank, short of hiring a lawyer or consulting a lawyer, the only information available to you is on the WorkSafeBC website. Now, I have to say the WorkSafeBC website is pretty informative. In fact, there’s almost too much information. But, the WorkSafeBC website does not give you information on how to launch an evidence-based claim or appeal.

WCB claims and appeals are accepted/won with great evidence supporting facts that support your claim. Period.

I’d love to hear from you about your case.  I charge a $95 dollar consultation fee, but in my experience, I can help you on your way with your claim during that consultation.  I’ll, of course also tell you about what’s involved for hiring me to do your WCB claim and/or appeal.
